We provide private and group transfer services from Vienna International Airport to various destinations within Vienna. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please check the details carefully and inform us immediately of any errors.
• The passenger is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Our prices are fixed and displayed on our website. Additional charges may apply for waiting times, extra stops, or special requests.
• Payments can be made online via credit/debit card or in cash to the driver.
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed.
• Smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

7. Company Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings during the trip.

8. Privacy Policy
